Each individual player is permitted exactly one jam37 account. Duplicate accounts will be flagged and suspended. All bonuses earned across duplicate accounts are forfeited. If you have accidentally opened a second account, contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed.
All account balances and transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. jam37 does not accept third-party payments — all funds must come from and be returned to accounts in your own name.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until all wagering conditions are satisfied. Attempting to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns may result in account suspension and bonus forfeiture.
jam37 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward cheating, collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated bots, and any form of fraudulent activity. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited pending investigation.

Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account — whether under your own name or under an alias — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, jam37 reserves the right to close all but the original Account, forfeit any Bonus Funds across all accounts, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcode with any other person. jam37 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jam37 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
jam37 operates a risk-based KYC programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any time:

Deposits made via supported Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are credited upon successful confirmation of receipt, generally within 5–30 minutes during WIB banking hours. jam37 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed by the jam37 finance team during operational hours (WIB). Approved withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts are typically completed within three (3) to sixty (60) minutes during business banking hours. Withdrawals requested outside WIB banking hours may be processed on the following business day. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or held where KYC verification is incomplete or where the account is flagged for responsible gaming or security review.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. jam37 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All withdrawals will be returned to the same account or method from which the original deposit was made, unless an alternative method has been verified in the Player's name and approved by the jam37 compliance team. This policy is maintained to protect players from fraud and to comply with AML obligations.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through jam37 are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Not all game types contribute equally to Wagering Requirements — live casino games, slots, sportsbook bets, and virtual sports may each carry different contribution rates, as specified in the promotion terms.
Bonus Funds and any associated free bets or free spins expire within the time period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds and any unconverted winnings from expired bonuses will be removed from the Account without notice or compensation.

Where bonus abuse is identified, jam37 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the Account, and withhold balances pending investigation.
jam37 aligns its promotions calendar with major Indonesian sporting events and cultural dates, including BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Timnas Indonesia international matches, the AFF Cup, Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and other nationally significant occasions. Promotional offers are communicated via the Platform homepage and registered player email addresses. jam37 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All sportsbook bets placed on jam37, including standard single bets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, live in-play bets, and handicap (voor bola) markets, are governed by the specific sportsbook rules published on the Platform. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled by the Player. jam37 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome has already been determined at the time of placement, or where the bet was accepted in error due to a system fault or pricing error.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting jam37 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, jam37 will process any pending verified withdrawal of your available real-money Balance within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure are forfeited and will not be converted or paid out.
jam37 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to satisfy KYC requirements, compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory directive, or protection of the integrity of the Platform. Where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraud or a material breach by the Player, jam37 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending the conclusion of any internal or legal investigation.
Where a Player activates the self-exclusion tool, their Account will be suspended for the selected period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires. During self-exclusion, jam37 will use reasonable endeavours to suppress marketing communications to the Player.
